INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

For HR® Lubricating Jelly OneShot® (REF #’s 206, 207, 208, 209, 205, 211)
1) Apply an amount of HR® Lubricating Jelly directly to the patient or instrument as needed.
2) Discard package after use

For HR® Lubricating Jelly Flip-Top Tube (REF #’s 201, 210, 203)
1) Sanitize cap and tip prior to opening. Remove tamper-evident seal.
2) Flip cap to open.
3) Apply an amount of HR® Lubricating Jelly directly to the patient or instrument as needed.
