*We do not offer Expedited Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii without an over the phone quote. Without a quote, Alaska and Hawaii shipments are sent via USPS and arrive within 4-7 business days. We will make every effort to contact Alaska and Hawaii customers to notify them in these cases. Please call 844-859-9400 with your order information and we will quote you a shipping cost and process your order over the phone for faster delivery.
**Deliveries to PO Boxes usually add an additional 1-2 business days to the delivery.
***Certain products we sell (usually flammable liquids) are unable to ship via Air. This may impact our ability to deliver that product for Expedited delivery to certain parts of the country.
We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any customer order because of shipping costs.
When
Most items for sale on our website are in-stock. Each item’s product page will indicate its availability as follows:
- For in-stock items, orders placed BEFORE 3pm EST will leave our warehouse the SAME business day.
- For in-stock items, orders placed AFTER 3pm EST will leave our warehouse the NEXT business day.
- Items that say “Generally not in stock. Allow us 4-7 business days to receive before shipping. Call for more details” may or may not be in stock.
To determine total order fulfillment time, add shipping time for example:
Example 1:
4-7 business days + 1-3 business day ship = 5-10 business days from purchase
Example 2:
4-7 business days + 3-5 business day ship = 7-11 business days from purchase
Example 3:
4-7 business days + 5-7 business day ship = 9-14 business days from purchase

NOTE: It’s important to note that these estimates are from the time the shipment goes out. Also as a customer service at no additional charge, if you ordered multiple items we may elect to split your order into multiple shipments arriving on different days.

Our “Monks” work hard during the week to bring you the best customer experience possible. We close our shipping and support availability on the weekend to give them time to relax and enjoy their friends and family. Therefore:
- Any orders placed after 3pm EST on FRIDAY will be processed the following MONDAY
- Any orders placed on SATURDAY or SUNDAY will be processed the following MONDAY

Overnight Delivery and Fees
Medical Monks is able to ship orders out for Overnight Delivery when requested. To request that an order be sent for Overnight Delivery, please call us at 844-859-9400 and we will quote you the overnight fee and place your order. Overnight charges depend on the location and weight of the package we are sending. The total shipping charge will generally be between $35.95-$55.95 for Overnight Delivery.
*Medical Monks cannot guarantee to shipping delivery times expressed above. Expedited and Overnight shipping times may be longer due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Specifically, Saturday Overnight Delivery, which sometimes less reliable than weekday overnight deliveries.
Order Tracking
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the carrier website.
You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your My Account using your email address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the Status & Tracking column. If you click on the link, it will take you to the tracking information for your order.
Lost Packages
Please read below the following Lost Package scenarios and Medical Monks’ expected response in these cases:
1. After an extraordinary amount of time, the carrier’s shipment tracking indicates the package is still in transit and not yet delivered.
Medical Monks Will: Reship the order as soon as we are aware of the issue. We will contact the carrier and request that the current package in-transit be sent back to us. If the current in-transit package is delivered to the customer, we may ask that it be returned to us.
2. The carrier’s shipment tracking indicates the package was DELIVERED, but within 7 days of the carrier-indicated delivery date, the customer contacts us to indicate it was not.
Medical Monks Will: Open a lost package investigation with the carrier. In the event the investigation does not result in the lost package being found, we will offer a fair compromise up to a full refund or reshipment. We reserve the right to deny a full refund or a full reshipment in this scenario as well.
3. The carrier’s shipment tracking indicates the package was DELIVERED, but 7 days after the carrier-indicated delivery date, the customer contacts us to indicate it was not.
Medical Monks Will: All major carriers will deny package investigations after this much time has passed making it nearly impossible for it to be located. We will provide a fair compromise as best we can. We reserve the right to deny a full refund or a full reshipment in this scenario.
Incorrect Address Provided: In the event that a package is lost as a result of the order’s Shipping Address being incorrect, we will do our best to help locate the package, but reserve the right to deny a full refund or a full reshipment. Examples include, but are not limited to: incorrect house number, Zip Code, street name, State, and missing or incorrect apartment number.
