Dr. Jeffrey Gusenoff is a Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, specializing in body contouring after weight loss. Dr. Beth Gusenoff, a Podiatric Surgeon, is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the same department.

Together, they have combined their expertise to study innovative treatments for foot conditions like fat pad atrophy and chronic plantar fasciitis. Through their research, they saw the need for a slim, customizable insole that could fit in regular shoes to improve patient comfort. This led to the creation of PopSole, an air-filled, adjustable insole designed to target and relieve foot pain.
