Covaderm Plus Adhesive Wound Dressing is a multi-layered composite wound dressing that maintains a moist environment with protection from outside contaminents and comprised of four layers:
•Protective non-adherent contact layer
•Soft pad for drainage absorption
•Breathable, semi-occlusive polyurethane barrier film
•Conformable adhesive-coated fabric tape
Covaderm Plus Adhesive Wound Dressing prevents drainage strike-through and minimizes wound trauma. It provides excellent moisture vapor transmission.
It is available with radial slit for tube sites. Can be used as a primary or secondary dressing. It conforms securely to body contours and is backed with a split release liner for easy, one-step application.
Covaderm Plus Adhesive is suitable for many wounds, including pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, chronic secreting lesions, I.V. sites, laparotomy sites, arthoscopic incisions, tube sites, diabetic ulcers and surgical incisions.
