Xeroform Occlusive Petrolatum Gauze
Xeroform Occlusive Petrolatum Gauze is a non-adhesive dressing that encourages healing through 3% Bismuth Tribromophenate, a bacteriostatic/antibiotic compound, delivered in a petrolatum blend.
How Xeroform Gauze Works
Xeroform’s low-profile fine gauze construction, available in multiple pad sizes, easily conforms and adjusts to the body. Once applied, the medicated gauze halts bacteria production and speeds up the healing process.
Optimal wound-healing conditions: As the dressing works to stop the spread of bacteria, the material creates an ideal healing environment – one that’s moist but not fester prone – and absorbs any exudate.
Easy to remove: The dressing is easily removed, rather than sticking to the skin and causing additional damage, pain and irritation.
