Compression Therapy Products

Step 1: Skin Protection

tg® Tubular Bandage

Ideal as the first layer next to the skin in multi-layer compression bandaging. Lightweight and breathable, the absorbent close-meshed, seamlessly knitted tubular bandage does not slip but remains firmly in position without cutting in.

tg Tubular Bandage stretches widthwise approximately four times its original width and by pulling lengthwise can be narrowed down again.

Conforms comfortably to body contours, thus provides crease-free application.

tg Tubular is also useful for enclosing foam padding structures, securring dressings or over zinc paste bandages.

tg® Soft

Soft and comfortable, tg soft is ideal for use next to the skin to provide extra padding and protection, especially for sensitive skin.

The soft terry cloth tubular bandage is highly extensible and can be stretched to about five times its original width. Crease-free and slip resistant, tg soft offers excellent conformability.

High air permeability of the tightly-meshed bandage along with the high cotton content leads to a reduction in the level of moisture and provides the wearer with extra comfort and padding.

tg® Fix

Highly elastic, wide-mesh tubular net for retention of all types of wound dressings without tape, thus eliminating the risk of skin irritation from tape adhesive. Changing and inspecting dressings is faster and easier.

The tubular net bandage is elastic in both directions and highly extensible in the width. tg fix conforms well and without folds to various shaped parts of the body. The tubular net is soft and comfortable and does not restrict movement.

The material is ladderproof; it can be cut open at any point without the cut tearing. Therefore, conformability can be further increased by placing incisions in the right places without incurring the risk of fraying.

tg® Grip

tg grip is ideal for effective management of strains, sprains, soft tissue injuries and dressing retention. It can be used to provide support and relief of ligaments, tendons and joints.

Skin-friendly, breathable fabric provides comfort and effective tissue support for the wearer. The seamlessly knitted tube adjusts to body contours and evenly distributes pressure.

Quick and easy application; tg grip can be fitted, removed and reapplied without clips, pins or tapes.

Step 2: Fingers / Toes

Mollelast®

Comfortable, open-weave gauze bandage is ideal for wrapping fingers and toes in lymphological compression bandaging.

The special knitting technique makes Mollelast widthwise stable and air permeable. Easy to handle and comfortable on the skin; Mollelast conforms well to body contours without creasing.

The wider sizes are excellent to secure foam padding from moving under bandages and reliably secures wound care dressings without obstructing blood flow.

Step 3: Padding

Cellona® Synthetic Padding

Cellona Synthetic Padding helps ensure an even distribution of pressure from compression bandages. It cushions the limb and helps prevent sharp indentations and/or irritations of the skin. Soft and elastic, the padding provides comfort and excellent comformability around body contours especially the heel, knee or elbow areas.

The material's self-adhesion facilitates application and can help prevent the compression bandage from slipping.

Rosidal® soft

Washable, non-slip padding helps provide added comfort and even pressure distribution of compression bandages over the extremities. As a result, Rosidal soft is ideally-suited as padding under compression bandaging in lymphedema and phlebology.

This latex free, skin-friendly padding is made from polyurethane foam which is highly breathable and permeable to moisture. The interlocking open pores provide slip-resistant assurance and can help prevent the compression bandages from sliding.

Durable and tear resistant, Rosidal soft can also be pulled slightly when applied to provide some compression and shaping of the limb.

Rosidal soft can be a cost-effective padding due to its ability to withstand repeated washings and not lose its shape.

Step 4: Focal Compression

Komprex®

Foam Rubber Pads, Foam Rubber Bandage, Foam Rubber Sheet

Re-usable, closed-cell, dense foam used to amplify compression, soften fibrosis, as well as to provide padding; used for compression purposes in the treatment of edema in lymphology and phlebology. They are useful as padding for anatomical depressions and to increase the pumping effect of compression bandaging. Komprex Foam has been clinically shown to increase the depth and strength of compression.

Made of synthetic latex, permeable to air and water vapor, the microporous material with its velvety surface can be easily cut to make the shapes needed for utilization in a multi-layer compression bandage.

Foam Rubber Pads

In ready-to-use shapes of different sizes.

Foam Rubber Bandages & Sheet

The bandage rolls can be applied in spiral turns edge-to-edge, i.e, without overlapping and without stretching.

The sheet can be custom cut to any size or shape. When cutting individual shapes and sizes the edges should be bevelled to avoid the development of pressure sores.

Komprex® II

Komprex II provides excellent padding and at the same time its special surface creates a firm, yet gentle micro massaging effect.

Narrow strips of open cell, polyurethane foam material surrounded by a soft, skin-friendly, non-woven, breathable, non-slip padding material provide a channeling effect.

This channeling loosens hardened and fibrotic tissue while offering better air flow for greater patient comfort and compliance.

Step 5: Bandaging

Rosidal® K

Short Stretch Bandage

Washable and reusable 100 % cotton short stretch bandage used for strong compression in the management of acute and chronic lymphedema, edema, and venous insufficiency. Numerous studies validate the bandages effectiveness.

Rosidal K can also be used for support and stress relief in traumatology and sports medicine.

Rosidal K provides a high working pressure and a low resting pressure making them well tolerated. The bandage can be worn both at rest and during exercise therefore, the bandage can be worn at night.

Furthermore, because of the high cotton content they are well tolerated by patients, making them very suitable as long-term bandages.

Simplify application of thigh/large leg by using the double (10 m) length bandage. The distinct textile structure helps prevent bandage layers from slipping.

Idealbinde®

Short Stretch Bandage

Wide-width short stretch bandage for strong compression of extremities in the treatment of lymphedema as well as for edema in the chest and abdomen and bandage stabilization on the thigh and abdomen. Durable solution for fixing foam padding applications to swollen limb areas.

Air breathable and skin friendly; the firm-grip fabric structure ensures that the bandage layers do not slip.

Lenkelast®

Medium Stretch Bandages

All purpose bandage for a wide variety of applications; compression bandaging in lymphedema, dressing retention, and post-traumatic swelling. The bandage conforms well to body contours making it easy to use. Patients find this medium compression wrap quite comfortable.

Rosidal® TCS

Two-component compression system

From the acute phase to the healing phase, L&R offers a comprehensive assortment of compression bandages for all phases of treatment. As a result, a number of different compression products are available which create a consistent overall concept. Our extremely high quality standards ensure that healthcare professionals reap the maximum benefits while patients have an excellent prognosis for recovery. ‘It’s all in the mix’: This is also true for Rosidal TCS, Two-Component System.

Rosidal TCS combines Rosidal SC, an innovative padding compression bandage with integrated fabric for skin protection and Rosidal CC, a cohesive short stretch compression bandage. The two components work together to deliver effective levels of working compression and low levels of resting compression with comfort and safety built-in. The low resting pressure is a clear advantage in terms of compliance, especially at night.

Rosidal TCS ensures safe application with the Safe-Loc system. With this feature, both components are applied at full stretch; pull to 100% stretch, wrap and you're done.

User and patient friendly, Rosidal TCS provides secure and easy application with patient comfort and convenience. The Rosidal TCS system components are not made with natural rubber latex, making them a good alternative for people with latex hypersensitivity.
